Home Base/PowerSchool Access Levels

Access levels to Home Base/PowerSchool and OASIS are assigned based on job titles received from the Human Resource’s ORACLE application.  
If you do not have access to areas you need within Home Base/PowerSchool or OASIS, please ask your supervisor to complete the appropriate Request for Home Base/PowerSchool Access Above Baseline form (below) and return the completed form via e-mail to the Help Desk at helpdesk@wcpss.net. 

IMPORTANT:

• You MUST indicate what access is needed for performing the job function within the application. 
• Support staff will review the groups and assign your access to the appropriate level.
